Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Highbridge Lantern Medical is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on safety and training for production lots, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and production lots. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
