Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Vale Manufacturing and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be safety and training. You would join a large organisation of about 552 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and machine downtime. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
