Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Foxglove Vale Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Omaha plant. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on safety and training. You would join a small organisation of about 97 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and bindery work. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with bindery work. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
