Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Highbridge Bright Press produces print and digital publications in Louisville. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on safety and training. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and customer orders. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
