Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Lumen Cobalt Pharma Group is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on safety and training for quality documentation, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and quality documentation. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with quality documentation. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
