Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Bluepeak Haven Medical is a Fort Worth company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our safety and training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory submissions. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
