Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Amberfield Junction Manufacturing is a Boston manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our safety and training. You would join a small organisation of about 142 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and work orders. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
