Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Highbridge Rook Manufacturing makes precision components in Milwaukee, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our safety and training. You would join a small organisation of about 54 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and tooling. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with tooling. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
