Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Highbridge Amber Auto Group is a Tampa company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our safety and training. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and parts orders. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
