Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Amberfield Harbor Farms Group is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on safety and training for grower contracts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and grower contracts. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with grower contracts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
