Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Cedar Bridge Foods is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on safety and training for customer specifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and customer specifications. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
