Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Lantern Medical Group and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be safety and training. You would join a large organisation of about 743 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and production lots. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
