Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Silverline Haven Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Salt Lake City. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on safety and training. You would join a small organisation of about 53 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and complaint handling. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
