Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Cedar Bridge Farms Group is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on safety and training for seasonal crews, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and seasonal crews. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
