Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Foxglove Willow Medical is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on safety and training for training materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and training materials. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
