Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Bright Summit Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Fresno. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on safety and training. You would join a large organisation of about 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and customer estimates. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
