Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Bluepeak Beacon Pharma is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on safety and training for cleanroom operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and cleanroom operations. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
