Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Greenridge Pike Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Birmingham producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on safety and training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and quality documentation. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with quality documentation. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
