Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Northwind Keystone Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Knoxville, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our safety and training. You would join a small organisation of about 124 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and grower contracts. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with grower contracts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
