Production Supervisor - safety and training (remote)

Greenridge Linden Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Savannah, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our safety and training. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and customer specifications. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with customer specifications. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
