Production Supervisor - safety and training (Raleigh, NC)

Fernwood Rook Medical is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on safety and training for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical evaluations. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
