Production Supervisor - safety and training (Raleigh, NC)

Foxglove Cobalt Pharma develops and makes medicines in Raleigh, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our safety and training. You would join a large organisation of about 646 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and release testing. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
