Production Supervisor - safety and training (Raleigh, NC)

Bluepeak Vale Press is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on safety and training for paper stock, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and paper stock. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with paper stock. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
