Production Supervisor - safety and training (Raleigh, NC)

We are growing our team at Redstone Amber Medical and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be safety and training. You would join a large organisation of about 563 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and device records. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
