Production Supervisor - safety and training (Portland, OR)

Summit Iron Pharma develops and makes medicines in Portland, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our safety and training. You would join a small organisation of about 85 people based in Portland. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical studies. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
