Production Supervisor - safety and training (Portland, OR)

Silverline River Manufacturing is a Portland manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our safety and training. You would join a large organisation of about 961 people based in Portland. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and tooling. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with tooling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
