Production Supervisor - safety and training (Portland, OR)

We are growing our team at Redstone Willow Auto Group and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be safety and training. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and supplier deliveries. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
