Production Supervisor - safety and training (Phoenix, AZ)

Clearpath Willow Pharma develops and makes medicines in Phoenix. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on safety and training. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and cleanroom operations. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
