Production Supervisor - safety and training (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Bright Mill Farms and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be safety and training. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and harvest schedules. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with harvest schedules. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
