Production Supervisor - safety and training (Phoenix, AZ)

Redstone Kestrel Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Phoenix producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our safety and training. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and release testing. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
