Production Supervisor - safety and training (Omaha, NE)

Clearpath Summit Manufacturing Group is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on safety and training for production lines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and production lines. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
