Production Supervisor - safety and training (Omaha, NE)

Amberfield Willow Pharma Partners supports drug development and manufacturing around Omaha. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on safety and training. You would join a large organisation of about 504 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and quality documentation. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
