Production Supervisor - safety and training (Omaha, NE)

Fernwood Haven Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Omaha. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on safety and training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and service appointments. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with service appointments. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
