Production Supervisor - safety and training (Oklahoma City, OK)

Fernwood Cross Foods Partners is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on safety and training for sanitation schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and sanitation schedules. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with sanitation schedules. • Lean or Six Sigma training.
