Production Supervisor - safety and training (Oakland, CA)

Clearpath Cross Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Oakland. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on safety and training. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and sanitation schedules. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with sanitation schedules. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
