Production Supervisor - safety and training (Oakland, CA)

Highbridge Pine Pharma is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on safety and training for batch records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and batch records. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
