Production Supervisor - safety and training (New Orleans, LA)

Rivermark Iron Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around New Orleans, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our safety and training. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and service appointments. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
