Production Supervisor - safety and training (Nashville, TN)

Stonegate Kestrel Medical is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on safety and training for regulatory submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 121 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory submissions. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
