Production Supervisor - safety and training (Nashville, TN)

Amberfield Thistle Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Nashville producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our safety and training. You would join a small organisation of about 70 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory filings. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
