Production Supervisor - safety and training (Nashville, TN)

Cedar Oak Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Nashville, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our safety and training. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and production batches. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
