Production Supervisor - safety and training (Minneapolis, MN)

Clearpath Haven Medical is a Minneapolis company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our safety and training. You would join a large organisation of about 206 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical evaluations. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
