Production Supervisor - safety and training (Minneapolis, MN)

Cedar Union Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Minneapolis region. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on safety and training. You would join a small organisation of about 115 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and seasonal crews. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
