Production Supervisor - safety and training (Minneapolis, MN)

Westbrook Meadow Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Minneapolis, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our safety and training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and complaint handling. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • Lean or Six Sigma training.
