Production Supervisor - safety and training (Minneapolis, MN)

Westbrook Solutions supplies farm and food customers across the Minneapolis region. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on safety and training. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and field records. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with field records. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
