Production Supervisor - safety and training (Milwaukee, WI)

Harborlight River Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Milwaukee, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our safety and training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical evaluations. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
