Production Supervisor - safety and training (Milwaukee, WI)

Stonegate Maple Manufacturing Partners is a Milwaukee manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our safety and training. You would join a large organisation of about 783 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and work orders. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
