Production Supervisor - safety and training (Miami, FL)

Silverline Haven Medical is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on safety and training for production lots, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 129 people based in Miami. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and production lots. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
