Production Supervisor - safety and training (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Bridge Farms and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be safety and training. You would join a small organisation of about 99 people based in Miami. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and packing house output. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with packing house output. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
