Production Supervisor - safety and training (Memphis, TN)

Greenridge Cross Foods is a Memphis food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on safety and training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and cold storage. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
