Production Supervisor - safety and training (Madison, WI)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Juniper Foods Group and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be safety and training. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and production batches. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with production batches. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
